Businesses wanted to sell products live on Instagram, but live video functionality was limited. Live videos could not be scheduled in advance, and shoppers were unable to buy directly from live videos.
solution
We launched live shopping on Instagram, which allowed viewers to buy products directly from videos in real time. We also launched live video scheduling, enabling reminders for businesses to go live and for followers to tune in, which increased live video distribution and awareness.
